Movement Graz is an ongoing English-language outdoor movement class for adults in Stadtpark Graz.
The sessions bring together dance, martial-arts principles, creative partner games, body awareness, simple acrobatic movement, and moments of calm recovery. You will learn to move better, communicate through the body, work with tension and relaxation, and connect with others through guided physical play.
The class is open to all levels. No previous movement, dance, martial arts, or acrobatics experience is required. You can come alone; partners are rotated during class.
When: Wednesdays 18:30-20:00 and Fridays 18:00-19:30.
Where: Sitting Woman Statue, Stadtpark Graz.
Price: EUR 15 drop-in.
